Sales Tax Exemption Requirements
If your business is located in a state that collects sales tax and you qualify for tax-exempt purchasing or resale, you must submit a completed state sales tax exemption or resale certificate with your dealer application.
If your state does not collect sales tax, no exemption certificate is required.
Important: Applications requiring a sales tax exemption certificate cannot be processed until the completed certificate has been received.
