GENERAL INFORMATION:
BrakeTech USA provides fast, friendly support Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm EST.
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or by Bank Draft/Money Order. Your credit card transaction is secured by PayPal powered by Braintree. We do not collect or retain your credit card information.
BACKORDERS:
Although we try to keep every item in stock, occasionally some items are not immediately available for shipment and may need to be back-ordered. We will hold your entire order until all back-ordered items are available. If you prefer that we ship the items that are available, please call customer service or e-mail us with instructions. Backordered items are shipped via ground.
SHIPPING:
Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend/Holiday orders are processed the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
BrakeTech USA uses UPS and USPS as their preferred carriers. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (which can be applied to orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.)
SHIPPING CHANGES:
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help returning the order. (Restocking fees will apply)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION:
BrakeTech USA uses UPS and USPS for International orders.
USPS International Priority Mail: 6-20 Business Days
USPS International Priority Mail Express: 3-12 Business Days
UPS Expedited Delivery: Three or four business days to Europe and five business days to Asia and Latin America
Place your order online, via phone or e-mail. International shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order and may be adjusted. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and no other currencies will be accepted.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Shipping charges include insurance but do not include any fees for customs, taxes or duties; these are the customer’s responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT TERMS:

Checks / Demand Drafts: Checks for international shipments will only be accepted if drawn on a United States bank and payable in US dollars. Prepayments by check should be made by Certified Bank check. Orders paid by check will not be shipped for a minimum of 10 days upon receipt of the check.

U.S. & CANADA PAYMENT TERMS:

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped after the credit card company has approved the charge. Please note that all first-time orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and request to place an “alternate shipping address” on record. By stating that you want an “alternate shipping address” it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. Alternatively, if you would like your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, you can checkout using PayPal or Bank Draft/Money Order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNTS/COUPONS:
Limit one coupon per customer. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Not redeemable for cash. Not valid toward the purchase of gift certificates, some exclusions may apply. See coupon for expiration date and offer. BrakeTech USA reserves the right to limit quantities.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
We do not accept returns on any special-order products. Special order items will be charged in full at time of order. All special-order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer’s responsibility, at the time of ordering a special-order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival. BrakeTech USA will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order. Refusal of a special-order shipment does not constitute right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
COMPETITION USE ONLY POLICY:
All products are for competition use only. Any other use may violate the law. Not all parts are certified for highway use. Check your local and state laws. BrakeTech USA disclaims any and all liability for consequential or incidental damages. Click here to read more about this policy.
RETURNS:
All merchandise returned to BrakeTech USA must have prior approval. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 951-471-3476 for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Authorization). Returns must be made freight prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of the reason for the return. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and NOT USED. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
BrakeTech USA ships all merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition. All shipments are insured. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. All packaging materials must be presented to the carrier with a claim. DO NOT RETURN damaged merchandise to BrakeTech USA without prior approval.
PRICING DISCLAIMER:
All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information. Occasionally an item on our website may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BrakeTech USA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price.
FORCE MAJEURE – TARIFF-RELATED PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
In the event that any governmental authority imposes, modifies, or enforces tariffs, duties, taxes, trade restrictions, or other regulatory changes that materially increase the cost of goods, materials, or services necessary for the performance of this Agreement, the affected party shall have the right to adjust pricing accordingly upon notice to the other party.
If such an event renders performance of the Agreement commercially impracticable or financially burdensome beyond a reasonable extent, the affected party may, at its discretion, suspend performance or terminate this Agreement without liability, provided that it has made reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such tariffs. Any dispute regarding price adjustments under this clause shall be resolved in good faith negotiations between the parties.

Any reliance upon any information, content, advertisements, materials, products, services or dealers included on or found through this site shall be at the user’s sole risk.
LIMITED WARRANTY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
BrakeTech USA does unconditionally warrant that its parts be free from defects in materials and workmanship prior to installation. However, BrakeTech USA does not make any warranties expressed or implied including without limitation, warrant to fitness, or merchantability of any of our products for particular use or purpose including extreme stress applications to which the products may be subjected.
